The supercriminals, led by Joker, are attacking Tokyo! The Eagle Talon Society, a curious and ragtag group of local criminals, is forced to ally with the American Justice League to fight them. The problem is that Superman and company are used to a huge budget, so with the poor money Eagle Talon’s animation they can’t show their true power. Only Batman billions could save them, but the hero left the League.
From a famous flash animated series, this film from the talented Frogman, approved by Warner Bros, is a raving and hilarious superhero comedy which plays intelligently with the funds differences of American films and that very low of the Eagle Talon brand.
Ryo Ono (Frogman) is an exuberant director and a passionate animator, very active in the field of anime. He is known especially for his contribution as the Thermae Romae’s executive director, for the direction of the parodistic Shuukan Shimakou and the series Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume.
